Cornbread is a hotly debated topic in my household. We are from TN (true Dolly country) and my Mama raised me on "proper" cornbread. This new-fangled generation has tried me with a sweet cornbread recipe. To speak their language... it's skibidy-toilet (haha). They don't even fix it in a properly seasoned cast iron skillet. Like- I don't even know what to say. That must be where this saying came from... "Some of y'alls cornbread ain't done in the middle". This slime was fun to design. It really looks like a yellow cornmeal batter and smells delicious to boot. The little skillet charm is EVERYTHING!! It's a slight snow fizz texture that's super fun to play with.
